For those of our readers who have kids or were kids growing up on Fort Myers Beach, this event needs no introduction. Now about to celebrate it’s 25^th anniversary, the biggest event held at Bay Oaks all year returns next Friday, October 23^rd. Get ready, FMB –this year’s Fright Night is going to be spooktacular! "For our 25^th year, we’re going to amp up our Haunted Walk which was really popular last year,”said Bay Oaks Program Director Sarah Mayher. "We’ve also upgraded our Haunted Hayride, and we’ve invited some members of the Lee County staff who used to work at Bay Oaks to be judges.” The event will also feature the traditionally popular Haunted House, a gymnasium full of carnival games and the costume contest. read more here:  http://www.islandsandpaper.com/teaser2.aspx

registration; 9:30am, line up in front of Jones BBQ tent; 9:45am,

fashion show for judges; 10am, parade begins. Awards 10:30-

10:45am at DJ booth. Fort Myers Beach Krazy Kazoo Marching

Band and Clown Brigade will join the parade. Trick or treats for kids

and pets at designated booths. Music by DJ Larry and food from

Truly Scrumptious, Skye’s and Jonesz BBQ. 

Optional admission one can of dog or cat food

6-9pm, Beach Baptist. Bring your little ghouls and goblins

to the best family friendly Halloween party on the island!
