Saturday, May 27th

FAMILY FUN KAYAK TOUR

9am, Mound House. Enjoy fun for the whole family with this new kayak tour designed especially for parents and their children ages 6 and up. Look for wildlife as you cruise Estero Bay. Instruction provided on land and tour is at an easy pace. Great for first time kayakers and children. Reservations required. Call 239-765-0865. $15 ages 6-12; $25 ages 13 and up. BLUEGRASS, BLUES & BBQ

11am-10pm, Matanzas on the Bay. Fourth annual benefit for Operation Open Arms, a non-profit organization dedicated to the care and treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in military personnel and veterans. Event features live music from the Bugtussle Ramblers from 1-4pm and the Cooter Creek Bluegrass Band from 5-8pm, craft beer from the Fort Myers Brewing Co., a 50/50 raffle and a $15 BBQ plate available from noon on while supplies last. Free parking and boat dockage.

8pm, Center for the Performing Arts, 10150 Bonita Beach Rd, Bonita Springs. “Around the World in 80 Minutes” concert features a former member of the Grammy award-winning ensemble Chanticleer who will display all four octaves of his vocal range in this unique performance.
